SCS/SB 375

SB 375 essentially seeks to reduce passenger and light truck vehicle miles traveled (VMT), and the resulting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and is one of many GHG emissions reduction measures that the California Air Resources Board (ARB) is relying upon to meet the Assembly Bill 32 ‐ Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32) target of reducing GHG emissions statewide to 1990 levels by 2020.
